Lady Lancers Dominate Invitational

On September 6th, the Lady Lancers hosted their annual invitational tournament and walked away as champions! The Lancers went a perfect 5-0 on the day, capping it off with a thrilling victory over Orchard Park in the finals, 25-17 and 29-27.

Currently ranked #1 in New York State by Max Preps, the Lancers lived up to the hype on their home court. Behind a balanced attack and relentless defense, they proved why they’re the team to beat this season.

Offensive Firepower

• Vanessa Fusco with 31 kills.

• Jadyn Dains with 30 kills.

• Mia Sacilowski with 29 kills.

Defense

• Sarina Notaro with 55 digs.

• Lauren Rhodes with 10 blocks.

The Playmaker

At the center of it all was sophomore setter Brooke Moore, who dished out 98 assists while also serving up 10 aces. Her ability to spread the offense kept opponents on their heels all tournament long.
